Bell is a recommended character who was recommended by amphiprionic in Half a Loaf Is Better Than None.

She was also one of 30 recommended characters who had a chance at joining the game during The Reveal and Reveal Novum. She failed to get into the game though, receiving only 4 votes. 

In Episode 14, Bell jumped in a vat of hydrochloric acid to retrieve Bally and Marble and the rest of the Announcer's marble collection to get 15 bonus points.

She is made of copper, with a blue ribbon around her middle. She has a string attached from Bell to the top of the screen. It is unknown where the string of hers leads to, or where it hangs from. Whenever she's seen, the string is attached to the top of the screen. In Reveal Novum, Bell was connected to Cloudy, who both of them were being blown away by Fanny at the time.

She also could have joined BFDIA in Yeah, Who? I Wanna Know. However, due to her only receiving 90 votes, she didn't join.

Trivia

• It is currently unknown where Bell's string leads to.
• There was an another character named Bell, who was also one of the recommended characters that had a chance to join Inanimate Insanity, but Bell only placed 4th in the contest to join. The II Bell's colors was grey instead of tan. Also she has no strings like BFDI Bell is.
